Our aim is that with your issue resolved you can resume your life without stress. We’ll follow up with each participant a short time after the mediation to see how things have worked out.

Probably less than you think. Mediation is a lot less expensive than litigation or tribunals.  We have clear and upfront pricing so you remain in control of the costs. Fees can be shared or paid by the employer depending on the circumstances.
