Our style of mediation is Facilitative Mediation. That means that we do not give opinions, advice or judgements to any of your issues, arguments or points of view.
Our quality comes from remaining neutral, helping you to reach your own decisions through reflective questions.
To maintain our skill and experience we ensure that our mediators are trained to accredited mediator standard for a minimum of 40 hours with a Civil Mediation Council recognised provider. They undertake yearly CPD, have a mentor, recourse to an ethics hotline and are observed in their practice each year.
These quality controls are in line with the Civil Mediation Council’s best practice.
Our mediators all subscribe to The European Code of Conduct for mediators 2004.
During any mediation session, if you do not feel that you are getting the service that you want from us, please let the mediator know so that they can adjust their approach.
After each mediation session you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to us through a satisfaction survey.
We have a formal complaint policy if you are not satisfied with your mediation.
